Below is a list of organizations which take donations and help others with the money they raise. This money doesn’t necessarily go to earthquake victims; however, you can request it to do so.
Some have been skeptical as to where the money goes after it is donated. Many of these organizations have policies which make sure that the money gets to where it needs to be. For example, the Red Cross cannot take more than 9% on management fees. That means that for every dollar you give, 91 cents is given to the people the money was intended for.
